Michelle Williams to reteam with director Kelly Reichardt

February 18, 2015 by Scott J. Davis

Variety is reporting that Michelle Williams is to re-team with director Kelly Reichardt (Night Moves) for a new drama.

The film would mark the third time to two have worked together, after Wendy and Lucy and Meek’s Cutoff, both of which had great success on the festival circuits and with critics. In fact, Williams won Best Actress at the Toronto Film Festival for Meek’s.

Reichardt is once again writing and directing, though no details on the film’s plot or supporting cast are yet to be announced.

Williams will next be seen in Suite Francaise alongside Margot Robbie and Ruth Wilson, which is released this year, while Reichardt’s latest film, Night Moves starring Jesse Eisenberg, Peter Sarsgaard and Dakota Fanning, is now available to buy now.
