Netflix has unveiled a batch of first look images from The Mosquito Bowl, the upcoming World War II film from director Peter Berg (Lone Survivor, Mile 22), which is based upon the book The Mosquito Bowl: A Game of Life and Death in World War II and tells the true story of a game of American football played between US Marines as they prepare for the Battle of Okinawa.

Following the attack on Pearl Harbor, four of America’s top College Football stars set their fame aside to enlist in the Marines.
