New images form Netflix’s The Sandman featuring Tom Sturridge and Gwendoline Christie

Three new images have been released from Netflix’s upcoming adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s comic book adaptation series The Sandman, featuring Tom Sturridge’s Dream, his messenger Raven Matthew (voiced by Patton Oswalt), and Gwendoline Christie’s Lucifer; take a look here…

The Lord of Dreams has been summoned and captured by mortal men. Once free from his captivity, this eternal ruler of Dreams will realize that his troubles are only just beginning.

The Sandman is a Netflix series based on the groundbreaking comic book series created for DC by Neil Gaiman. The series is Executive Produced by Neil Gaiman, Allan Heinberg, & David S. Goyer.

Featuring in the cast of The Sandman are Tom Sturridge (Sweetbitter) as Dream, Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones) as Lucifer, Charles Dance (Game of Thrones) as Roderick Burgess, Boyd Holbrook (Narcos) as The Corinthian, Patton Oswalt (Happy!) as the voice of Matthew the Raven, Kirby Howell-Baptiste (The Good Place) as Death, Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who) as Johanna Constantine, Joely Richardson (Nip/Tuck) as Ethel Cripps, Mason Alexander Park (Cowboy Bebop) as Desire and David Thewlis (Harry Potter) as John Dee.
