Warner Bros. has shared a new trailer for The Watchers, the feature directorial debut of Ishana Night Shyamalan, daughter of filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan, who also produces.
Based on A.M. Shine’s novel of the same name, the supernatural horror follows artist Mina (Dakota Fanning) as she becomes trapped, along with three strangers, in a forest in western Ireland where they are stalked by strange creatures each night. Watch the trailer below…
The film follows Mina, a 28-year-old artist, who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland. When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers who are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night.
Joining Dakota Fanning in the cast are Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan, and Olwen Fouere.
The Watchers arrives in cinemas on June 14th.
