Orlando Bloom runs afoul of Andie MacDowell’s Appalachian kingpin in Red Right Hand trailer

January 16, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

Magnolia Pictures and Magnet Releasing have shared a poster and trailer for Red Right Hand, the upcoming action thriller from directors Eshom and Ian Nelms.

The film stars Orlando Bloom as Cash, a man attempting to live a quiet life raising his orphaned niece (Chapel Oaks) in a small Appalachian town, until a sadistic drug kingpin (Andie MacDowell) forces him back into her service, pushing Cash to do whatever it takes to protect his family. Watch the trailer below…

Cash (Orlando Bloom) is trying to live an honest and quiet life taking care of his recently orphaned niece Savannah (Chapel Oaks) in the Appalachian town of Odim County. When the sadistic kingpin Big Cat, (Andie MacDowell) who runs the town, forces him back into her services, Cash learns he’s capable of anything – even killing – to protect the town and the only family he has left. As the journey gets harder, Cash is drawn into a nightmare that blurs the lines between good and evil.

Red Right Hand arrives in cinemas and on digital on February 23rd.
