Resident Evil 2: The Board Game and expansions available to pre-order now

Steamforged Games will be bringing the ideal board game to serious Resident Evil fans on 25th January, Resident Evil 2: The Board Game immerses players in the world of Capcom’s award winning Resident Evil to survive the zombie infested streets and buildings of Raccoon City.  There will be two expansions released alongside the main board game and these are all available to pre-order now.  Want to see more of the game? The Resident Evil 2: The Board Game is a co-op game for 1-4 players and like the videogame, is all about survival horror and captures the essence of the desperate fight from the horrifying Raccoon City.  The board game will be available on the 25th January but will cost £90.

The board game includes:

24 Highly Detailed Plastic Miniatures
26 Double-sided Game Board Tiles
155 Cards
4 Player Health Track Boards
11 Tracker Dials
6 Dice
84 Tokens
1 Rulebook
1 Scenario Book

Two expansions to the board game will be released: The B-Files will feature six new scenarios with new enemies, areas, events and items and will be available on the 25th January, and the Survival Horror Expansion which includes five new survivor characters, new weapons, new enemies, a new game mode, and two new scenarios for PvP.  This expansion will be available on 15th February.
