Following its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, Searchlight Pictures has shared a trailer for the sci-fi drama In the Blink of an Eye.
Directed by Andrew Stanton (Finding Nemo, Wall-E, John Carter), the film follows three different storylines spanning thousands of years, each telling an intersecting story of hope, human connection and the circle of life.

In the distant past, a Neanderthal family (Jorge Vargas, Tanaya Beatty), displaced from their home, struggles to survive – protecting their children and learning to wield primitive tools in an unforgiving world. In the present day, Claire (Rashida Jones), a driven post-graduate anthropologist studying ancient proto-human remains, begins a tentative relationship with a fellow student, Greg (Daveed Diggs). And two centuries later, aboard a spaceship bound for a distant planet, Coakley (Kate McKinnon) and a sentient onboard computer confront a mysterious disease threatening the ship’s oxygen-producing plants.
In the Blink of an Eye arrives on Hulu and Disney+ on February 27th.
