Sci-fi puzzler Seed of Life gets a release date and new trailer

August 4, 2021 by Andrew Newton

Leonardo Interactive and Madlight Studio have announced they will be releasing their sci-fi puzzle platformer Seed of Life on 11th August on Steam.   Travel to a beautiful dystopian semi-open world filled with strange and wonderful creatures to hunt down the mysterious device called The Seed.  A trailer celebrating the release announcement can be seen below…

Seed of Life takes players to Lumia, a beautiful, yet dying world inhabited by strange alien animals.  Lumia had lots of life in it until a hostile alien race attacked and stole the planet’s lifeforce, now it is up to Cora to seek out the legendary device known as The Seed and save the planet.

Players take the role of Cora, the last known survivor of Lumia, and guide her through the labyrinth-like planet in the search for The Seed.  On the way, discover strange capsules that will help her learn special abilities that will let her defy the laws of nature.  With help from the cute alien assistant Nar, players will need to solve puzzles and defeat the invading forces if she is to save her world.

Featuring:

  • A breathtaking world to explore.
  • A unique art style where bright colours meet complete darkness.
  • An emotional story filled with mysteries.
  • Find Talisman capsules for new abilities, collect Lumium for upgrading and use items to defy gravity and overcome different challenges.
  • Avoid the hostile aliens that roam the land searching for Lumium.
  • Discover secrets, complete challenges and clear objectives.

Look out for Seed of Life arriving on Steam on 11th August.
