Sharon Stone set for Nobody 2 with Bob Odenkirk

July 24, 2024 by EJ Moreno

Sharon Stone knows action. Throughout her career, she’s starred in signature action films that could place her on any underrated action heroine list. Now, she’s got another chance to remind fans of her skills.

It’s reported that the actress will star in the upcoming sequel to Nobody, the actioner starring Bob Odenkirk. The film will follow up the 2021 film, which debuted at number one at the box office.

Odenkirk starred in the film, which was directed by Ilya Naishuller and also featured Connie Nielsen, Aleksey Serebryakov, RZA, and Christopher Lloyd.

At the time of reporting, there’s no word on who Sharon Stone will play but she is believed to be portraying the villain. She’s known for her versatile body of work, including Basic Instinct, Total Recall, Catwoman, and Netflix’s limited series Ratched. She’s also an acclaimed actress, with a Golden Globe win for Best Actress in 1996 and an Academy Award nomination for her leading role opposite Robert de Niro in Martin Scorsese’s crime drama Casino.

Kelly McCormick and David Leitch will produce the Nobody sequel through 87North as part of a first-look deal with Universal. Additionally, Odenkirk and Marc Provissiero will produce through Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment.

Universal Pictures will release Nobody 2 in theaters on August 15th, 2025.
