Snapbreak Games, along with publisher Raw Fury and developer Hyper Games, have announced that the award winning game Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is now available for pre-registration on Android and iOS. The mobile version of this hit game is set to release on 6th August, giving Moomin fans a chance to play it just in time for Moomin’s Day on August 9th (yes that is a thing). Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley takes players on a cosy adventure through the world of Tove Jansson’s Moomins. In this story-rich adventure, the strict Park Keeper has created a number of hideous parks around the beautiful Moominvalley which have disrupted the landscape and destroyed the harmonious nature of the valley. It’s up to Snufkin to restore nature, the inhabitant’s homes and get the valley looking as good as it once did.
Players will join Snufkin on his journey and help him distract police officers, pull out signs and knock over misplaced statues as he runs about trying to restore nature. By using a bit of stealth and his trusty harmonica, Snufkin will be able to run the Park Keeper and his horrible parks out of Moominvalley.
On their adventure, players will be able to explore Moominvalley’s open world and solve musical and environmental puzzles. On the journey, players will meet more than 50 characters and creatures inspired by Tove Jansson’s work, all while enjoying the music and melodies composed in collaboration with Sigur Rós.
