At the MIX Fall Showcase, Raw Fury and developer Hyper Games announced that their Moomin musical adventure game Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley will be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows. It’s also been revealed that the new Fuddler’s Courtship DLC will be arriving soon for players on the Steam and Nintendo Switch formats. A new trailer for the upcoming DLC can be seen below….
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is a cosy, story-rich adventure through the world of the Moomins. Moominvalley has been tainted by hideous parks that have suddenly appeared thanks to the strict Park Keeper, these have disrupted the landscape and disturbed it’s harmonious nature and it is up to Snuffkin to restore nature and the inhabitant’s homes.
Players will follow Snuffkin on his journey and help him by distracting police officers, pulling out signs and knocking over misplaced statues. By using a bit of stealth and his trusty harmonica, Snuffkin will be able to run the Park Keeper and his horrible parks out of Moominvalley.
The Fuddler’s Courtship DLC takes players on a brand-new pocket-sized adventure with Snuffkin and his best friend, Moomintroll, as they go on a camping trip into the wilds. A relaxing trip soon turns chaotic but many new friends are made and old friends encountered. Newfound friend Fuddler also has trouble expressing his feelings towards someone special and players will need to give him a helping hand.
Additionally, the physical standard edition of Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is available to purchase from Clear River Games, with a Deluxe Edition set to launch on 20th December.
