With Star Wars: The Last Jedi almost upon us, EA has announced its tie-in DLC content for Star Wars Battlefront II.
Beginning on December 5th, players will be invited to align with either the First Order or the Resistance, a choice that will allow you to take part in special challenges and grant your faction specific rewards.
On December 13th, Finn and Captain Phasma are set to join the fight and can be purchased using in-game credits. Meanwhile, we’ll also get a new planetary map in Crait, along with the Starfighter Assault map of D’Qar, a new hero ship in allie Lintra’s RZ-2 A-Wing and a Last Jedi upgrade to Poe Dameron’s X-Wing.
On the single player front, Commander Iden Versio will return in Star Wars Battlefront II Resurrection, featuring chapters of the campaign mode taking place during the days of the First Order’s rise to power.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is set for release on December 14th in the UK and December 15th in the States and sees returning cast members Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Leia Organa), Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), Lupita Nyong’o (Maz Kanata), Domhnall Gleeson (General Hux), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Billie Lourd (Lieutenant Connix), Andy Serkis (Supreme Leader Snoke), Peter Mayhew and Joonas Suotamo (Chewbacca), Tim Rose (Admiral Ackbar), Mike Quinn (Nien Nunb), Simon Pegg (Unkar Plutt), and Warwick Davis joined by new additions Jimmy Vee (Pan) as R2-D2, Kelly Marie Tran (Ladies Like Us) as Rose, and Benicio Del Toro (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Laura Dern (Jurassic Park).
