Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord sixth scale Maul figure unveiled by Hot Toys

April 28, 2026 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of next week’s finale of Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord, Hot Toys has officially unveiled its sixth scale collectible figure for the former Sith Lord-turned-crime boss, is inspired by his appearance in the new Disney+ animated series; check it out here…

Cast aside by his former master and surviving through sheer hatred, Maul’s path of vengeance continues. Forging his destiny and building power within the galaxy’s criminal underworld, the rogue dark side wielder has cemented himself as one of its most formidable warriors. Inspired by the thrilling animated series Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord™, Hot Toys is pleased to introduce the 1/6th scale Maul™ Collectible Figure.

This collectible captures the fierce look of the former Sith with highly accurate facial expressions, intricately sculpted horns, and iconic tattoos. The figure includes two finely crafted head sculpts with separate rolling eyeballs — featuring determined and snarling expressions. Maul includes a wide variety of interchangeable hands and gloved hands for epic Force-wielding and lightsaber combat poses.

Standing approximately 29 cm tall, the body features mechanical cybernetic legs serving as a constant reminder of his miraculous survival. Maul is clad in an all-black multi-layered fabric costume featuring a robe with wire-embedded hood, tunic, and pants. To elevate realism, the tabard, wide belt, and long boots are crafted from durable leather-like microfiber material. To complete his imposing look, three utility belts with two lightsaber hilt holders layer over the wide belt, complementing his detailed shoulder armor and gauntlets.

No warrior is complete without their weapon. The figure comes with LED-lighted double-bladed and single-bladed lightsaber hilts that emit a sinister red glow. Also included are standard double-bladed and single-bladed lightsaber hilts (the double-bladed hilt can split into two hilts), and attachable red lightsaber blades in standard and new wave-shaped motion-blur effects. A specially designed figure stand with the Star Wars logo and nameplate completes the set.

Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord picks up after the events of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, for a pulpy adventure that finds Maul plotting to rebuild his criminal syndicate on a planet untouched by the Empire. There, he crosses paths with a disillusioned young Jedi Padawan who may just be the apprentice he is seeking to aid him in his relentless pursuit for revenge.
