Return to the Stargate SG-1 universe with Stargate: Timekeepers

January 23, 2024 by Andrew Newton

Slitherine has today released part one of Stargate: Timekeepers on Steam and are providing Episode One for free to download and play. Stargate: Timekeepers has been divided into two parts with the second coming to Steam later this year.  If you want to see more of the storyline for this real-time tactics game then watch the new trailer below…

Set within the Stargate SG-1 universe, Stargate: Timekeepers puts players in the thick of the action in a new storyline pitting them against the forces of the power-hungry Goa’uld.  Time is short and every choice made is critical to what happens in the story.

This first part features seven episodes that are full single player missions, which will require players to use a combination of stealth, skills and combat prowess.  Each character will have a special skill that will help players overcome the numerous obstacles, enemies and puzzles that each mission contains.  The secret to success will be careful planning and expert use of skills, including the game’s Tactical Mode.

Episode One, free to all on Steam, places players in the midst of the epic ‘Battle of Antartica’ (which took place in SG1 Season 7) but other episodes will take players to many different environments, including lush jungles and snowy highlands.

Stargate: Timekeepers is available on Steam now.  Those who purchase the game will have full access to all Episodes in both parts of the game.
