En Masse Entertainment has announced they will be releasing The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics later this year on PC and consoles.  Based on the upcoming series from Netflix, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics is a strategy RPG that will take players to the fantasy world of Thra.

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics takes players to the land of Thra where they will lead the heroic Gelfling on a quest to restore light to the world and fulfill the prophecy.  The land of Thra contains diverse territories with each providing more history on the Gelflings and their history.

During the course of the 80 unique, turn-based campaign battles, players will encounter new new allies who can be recruited in to the fight against the malevolent Skeksis.  Gelfling units can be customised with upgradable abilities and different equipment to take part in specific fights.
