Survival horror Blood Hunting finally arrives on Xbox

February 17, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Holcomb Entertainment has announced the release of their atmospheric first-person survival horror Blood Hunting on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Blood Hunting challenges players to seek out clues about their missing family while staying alive long enough to piece these clues together.  Watch the new launch trailer below….

Blood Hunting puts players in the role of Chase Jones, a man who lost his entire family in horrifying murders that involved their blood being taken. Nobody in authority knows any details surrounding this tragedy, nor do they seem to care and it seems that those responsible for the murders have become aware of Chase’s investigation and want him dead in an effort to hide all the evidence. The only help that players will get are a series of text messages being sent by a mysterious stranger.  Will you survive long enough to piece together the clues and find out what happened?

This atmospheric horror game features:

  • A survival horror experience filled with mystery and dread.
  • Explore the environment carefully to discover the clues relating to the murders.
  • Solve the deviously designed puzzles to progress.
  • Avoid those hunting Chase and hide to survive.
  • Receive helpful texts from a mysterious stranger.

“We’re really excited to bring Blood Hunting to Xbox platforms and everyone that plays there today,” said Holcomb Entertainment’s Chad Holcomb. “Red is a colour heavily associated with this day and in that aspect, our survival horror is the perfect game for people to get stuck into today!”

Blood Hunting is available now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
