Taylor Sheridan’s Landman gets a new trailer ahead of November premiere

October 28, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of Landman’s premiere next month, Paramount+ has shared a second trailer for Taylor Sheridan’s (Yellowstone) upcoming drama series which tells the story of modern-day fortune seeking in the oil rig industry.

Based on Christian Wallace’s podcast ‘Boomtown‘, the series features a cast that includes Billy Bob Thornton, Ali Larter, Michelle Randolph, Jacob Lofland, Kayla Wallace, James Jordan, Mark Collie, Paulina Chávez, Demi Moore, Jon Hamm, Andy Garcia, and Michael Peña.

Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, the series is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the notable 11-part podcast Boomtown, the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.

Landman premieres on Paramount+ on November 17th.
