The Asylum unleashes a Planetquake with trailer for latest disaster movie

The Asylum has shared a new poster and trailer for its latest disaster movie Planetquake ahead of its release this Friday.

Written and directed by Monroe Robertson, the film follows a team of seismologists as they race to find a way to put a stop to a series of ever escalating earthquakes that threaten to destroy Earth. Watch the trailer below…

A tectonic shift deep below the Mariana Trench causes a series of ever escalating earthquakes. If a team of leading seismologists fails to stop the disaster, the events will break apart the Earth, resulting in billions of casualties.

Featuring in the cast of Planetquake are Michael Paré, Erica Duke, Anthony Jensen, Phillip Andre Botello, and Doug Jeffery.

Planetquake arrives in select cinemas and on digital platforms on January 26th.
