After some incredibly tense and tragic episodes, the three-part finale to the first season of X-Men ’97 begins this Wednesday with ‘Tolerance is Extinction – Part One’. Marvel has released a final trailer for the series, teasing the events to come as the X-Men must unite in the wake of their losses and division to protect mutantkind and stop the massive threat coming their way. The revival revisits the iconic era of the 1990s as The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.
X-Men ’97 features Ray Chase as Cyclops, Jennifer Hale as Jean Grey, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm, Cal Dodd as Wolverine, JP Karliak as Morph, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, AJ LoCascio as Gambit, Holly Chou as Jubilee, Isaac Robinson-Smith as Bishop, Matthew Waterson as Magneto and Adrian Hough as Nightcrawler. The series comes from Beau DeMayo as head writer with the 10-episode season directed by Jake Castorena, Chase Conley and Emi Yonemura.
