The first Dune: Part Two trailer launches us back into the spice wars

May 3, 2023 by EJ Moreno

Are you ready for the second part of the epic Dune saga? We have the first look at Denis Villeneuve’s highly anticipated sequel.

Long live the fighters, as we see more from Timothee Chalamet’s Paul Atreides as he begins his fight with Chani and the Fremen against the monstrous Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. We also get our first glimpses of Best Actor nominee Austin Butler and Florence Pugh’s Princess Irulan. Check out the trailer below…

Dune: Part Two will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.

Dune: Part Two sees the return of Timothee Chalamet (Paul Atreides), Zendaya (Chani), Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica), Javier Bardem (Stilgar), Josh Brolin (Gurney Halleck), Stellan Skarsgård (Baron Vladimir Harkonnen), Dave Bautista (Glossu Rabban), Charlotte Rampling (Gaius Helen Mohiam) and Stephen McKinley Henderson (Thufir Hawat), alongside franchise newcomers Christopher Walken (Pulp Fiction) as Emperor Shaddam IV, Florence Pugh (Black Widow) as Princess Irulan, Austin Butler (Elvis) as Feyd-Rautha, Léa Seydoux (Crimes of the Future) as Lady Margot, and Souheila Yacoub (A Brighter Tomorrow) as Shishakli.
