Hiya Toys has unveiled the next addition to its Exquisite Basic Series action figure line based upon the iconic Godzilla franchise, the MUTO from the 2019 MonsterVerse blockbuster Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is available to pre-order now, priced at $54.99; take a look here…

In the film King Ghidorah is first seen frozen in Antarctic ice at Outpost 32. He was freed by Emma Russell and Alan Jonah’s team as part of their plan to manipulate the Titans and renew the world’s ecosphere. Proving impossible to control King Ghidorah with the ORCA, he temporarily succeeded in usurping Godzilla’s dominance, spontaneously awakening the other Titans and commanding them to begin destroying both humanity and the world’s ecosystems. Deep within the rainforest, the Behemoth was awakened from its deep slumber.

This brand-new EXQUISITE BASIC Series MUTO action figure stands approximately 15CM tall. Crafted from the film’s original CG data, every detail of the MUTO is faithfully reproduced. The signature crown-like dorsal spikes along her back and gray skin are precisely sculpted, with intricate paintwork bringing out the lifelike texture of this Titan. The lower jaw moves independently with articulated tongue for roaring — paired with her piercing red eyes and detailed mouth interior. Multiple articulation throughout the body delivers extensive poseability, letting collectors recreate MUTO’s battle stances!
