Lionsgate has released a trailer, poster and images for director John Swab’s action thriller Long Gone Heroes.
Frank Grillo stars as Gunner, a special forces soldier who is forced back into battle with his team once last time after his niece, a journalist, is kidnapped and held until she reveals the information she has on a corrupt private operation.
Joining Grillo in the cast are Josh Hutcherson, Eden Brolin, Mekhi Phifer, Melissa Leo, and Andy Garcia. Watch the trailer below…
Gunner, a special forces soldier who has witnessed the darkest side of country and combat, is forced back into the field of battle to save his niece, who is being held in South America. As the fight intensifies, Gunner and his team discover that her disappearance is part of a corrupt private operation that hits way too close to home.
Long Gone Heroes is set for release on September 20th.
