Venom 2 set video features Woody Harrelson’s Cletus Kasady

Having appeared briefly in the post-credits scene of the first movie, Woody Harrelson’s Cletus Kasady is set to take centre stage as the main villain of this year’s Venom 2, and a new video from the set of Sony’s Marvel sequel has surfaced on Twitter which shows the demented serial killer being confronted – and shot numerous times – by police.

Given the bullets don’t seem to be having much of an effect, it’s certainly plausible that we’ll be seeing the Carnage symbiote during this scene once the VFX wizards have worked their magic. Check out the set video here…

Here we see Woody Harrelson filming as Cletus Kasady!

It looks like Kasady has been stopped on the street by some cops and they’re shooting him.

I Wonder if his hand movements will involve the Symbiote in post production?

Venom 2 is set for release on October 2nd, 2020 and sees Andy Serkis (Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle) directing returning cast members Tom Hardy (Eddie Brock/Venom), Michelle Williams (Anne Weying) and Woody Harrelson (Cletus Kasady/Carnage) alongside new additions Naomie Harris (No Time To Die) and Stephen Graham (The Irishman).
