Sony has released the first trailer for Bad Boys for Life, the highly anticipated sequel sees Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reprising their roles as Detectives Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett, while taking over from director Michael Bay are Adil El Arbi and Bilah Fallah (Black, Snowfall). Bad Boys For Life centers on the Miami PD and its elite AMMO team’s attempt to take down Armando Armas, the cold-blooded, vicious head of a drug cartel.
Along with the returning Smith, Lawrence, Joe Pantoliano (Captain Howard) and Theresa Randle (Theresa Burnett), the film also features Vanessa Hudgens (The Princess Switch), Alexander Ludwig (Vikings), Charles Melton (Riverdale), Jacob Scipio (Hunter Killer), Paola Nunez (The Son) and DJ Khaled (Spies in Disguise).
Bad Boys for Life is set for release on January 17th 2020.
