Black Bear is starting to wind-up anticipation for Osgood Longlegs Perkins’ The Monkey by dropping a brand new trailer for the outrageous looking horror film.
Based on the Stephen King short story, and produced by master of modern horror James Wan (The Conjuring), The Monkey stars Theo James (The Gentlemen),Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) and Elijah Wood (Yellowjackets) in a tale of two brothers cursed by a murderous toy monkey. When twin brothers find a mysterious wind-up monkey, a series of outrageous deaths tear their family apart. Twenty-five years later, the monkey begins a new killing spree forcing the estranged brothers to confront the cursed toy.
