Saber Interactive has announced that the blockbuster Paramount Pictures film World War Z will be coming to Meta Quest and SteamVR on 12th August. World War Z VR will bring the intense zombie shooter to VR gamers and promises to provide the most immersive VR zombie experience ever. A new announcement trailer has been released showing the size of the hordes that players will have to face.
World War Z VR will challenge players to take on hordes of over 200 zombies on screen at a time across expansive environments. Players will face the zombie hordes in three unique locations – New York, Tokyo and Marseille.
Players will be able to customise each challenge to suit their playstyle using a variety of characters, weapons, perks and difficulty settings. Though zombies will adapt to their environment and the player’s playstyle to hunt them down. There will also be special infected enemies that will pose problems that players will need to overcome.
