Xbox Games With Gold for March 2022 revealed

February 24, 2022 by Andrew Newton

Microsoft has announced the offerings coming to Games with Gold this March and in my opinion it’s one of the better months we’ve seen for a while.  The trip down memory lane with the Xbox 360 titles (available with backwards compatibility) are particularly welcoming.

Throughout March, players can download The Flame in the Flood.  This survival game follows a girl and her dog as they travel on foot and by raft down a procedurally generated river through a dangerous wilderness.  Players will need to gather resources, craft equipment, create healing items and avoid the dangerous wildlife.

Also for the Xbox One from 16th March to 15th April is Street Power Soccer.  If kicking a ball around on the street (jumpers for goalposts) is your thing then this football game is for you.  There’s a variety of game modes and environments to have a kick about in, plus there’s an assortment of tricks to master to become the street king (but only of football).

The Xbox 360 games (and through backwards compatibility) are the action RPG Sacred 2 – Fallen Angel (1st – 15th March), which is jam packed full of quests, adventures and exciting combat against deadly enemies; and SpongeBob’s Truth or Dare (16th – 31st March).  In this Spongebob adventure our favourite sea sponge has got himself into a pickle and lost the secret Krabby Patty recipe.  It’s up to players to help Spongebob find it before Plankton does.

That’s March’s Games with Gold in a nutshell, do any of these games get you giddy with excitement or yawn with boredom?  Let us know on our social media pages.  In the meantime you still have time to download February’s games if you haven’t already done so.
