Nominations announced for 2015 Moet British Independent Film Awards

This morning, the nominations for the 2015 Moet British Independent Film Awards have been announced, with The Lobster leading the pack with seven nods, including Best British Independent Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Producer of the Year, Best Actor (Colin Farrell), Best Supporting Actor (Ben Whishaw) and Best Supporting Actress (Olivia Colman).

Following hot on The Lobster’s heels are 45 Years and Macbeth with six nominations apiece, followed by Amy, Brooklyn and Ex Machina with five. In total, 28 different British films have been nominated. Check out a full list of the nominees here…
