Katee Sackhoff reprising her Clone Wars role for Star Wars Rebels season 3

September 11, 2016 by Gary Collinson

We’ve already seen a few characters from Star Wars: The Clone Wars making their way into Star Wars Rebels – including Ahsoka Tano, Captain Rex and Hondo Ohnaka – and now we can add another name to that list, with Katee Sackhoff revealing at the Oz Comic-Con in Sydney (via Jedi News) that she’ll be reprising the role of Bo-Katan Kryze in the third season of the animated series.

A female Mandalorian warrior and the sister of Duchess Satine, Bo-Katan served the Death Watch during the Clone Wars, becoming the trusted lieutenant of their leader Pre Vizsla and a member of Darth Maul’s Shadow Collective. However, she would split from the Shadow Collective after Pre Vizsla’s death at the hands of Maul, forming her own group, the Nite Owls, who battled the former Sith Lord’s followers and helped Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi escape from Mandalore.
