August 8, 2017 by admin

GRUMPY UNCLE

After sharing our first look at Zazie Beetz as Domino last week, Ryan Reynolds took to Twitter to reveal the first image of Josh Brolin as Cable in Deadpool 2. Check him out here.

CANCELLED BOUT

Although it drew the biggest box office for both characters, many fans felt let down by 2003’s Freddy vs. Jason directed by Ronnie Yu. There’s been a lot said about the long and troubled production history of the movie – spanning nearly two decades – but yesterday saw a fantastic treasure unearthed: A teaser trailer made for the 1998 version of the movie, which was set to be directed by Rob Bottin. Check out the trailer here, which uses footage from all Nightmare on Elm Street movies and Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday.

SEE NO EVIL, SPEAK NO EVIL

Elizabeth Olsen has revealed that every member of the Avengers: Infinity War cast didn’t get a full script, only getting segments that applied to them. “This time, they actually decided to not give us scripts,” she told Stephen Colbert. “They gave me my pages and then they explained other things that are happening. I’ll be so shocked and surprised. I’ll be like ‘Oh I see, that’s what was happening to the world at that time.” Read more here.

REV UP

Ahead of the release of Leatherface next month, a new trailer has arrived online for the upcoming prequel to the 1974 classic The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Check it out here.

FANPOINT

Following the announcement that The Flash solo movie would be an adaptation of the popular Flashpoint story, some fan art has arrived online from George Evangelista depicting what a Thomas Wayne Batman would look like as played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan alongside Ezra Miller’s Flash. Check it out here.

NEW IT

Ahead of its release, Empire magazine revealed a new look at Pennywise in the adaptation of Stephen King’s It. Check it out here.
