First trailer for Amazon’s podcast adaptation Lore

September 14, 2017 by Amie Cranswick

With just a month to go until its premiere, a rather disturbing new trailer has arrived online for Lore. The Amazon Original horror anthology series is based on true events and the popular podcast of the same name, and features a cast that includes Robert Patrick, Kristin Bauer van Straten, Adam Goldberg, Holland Roden, Colm Feore, and Campbell Scott; take a look below…

Based on the podcast phenomenon and narrated by creator Aaron Mahnke, this haunting six-episode anthology series is brought to life by the executive producer of The Walking Dead and the executive producer of The X-Files. Throughout history, fear was best kept buried. But folklore opens the door, allowing stories to creep inside and haunt us. The scariest stories are true.

Lore arrives on Amazon Prime Video on October 13th.
