Streaming service Netflix has announced that Guy Pearce will appear in its upcoming British supernatural teen drama series The Innocents, where he’ll appear alongside Sorcha Groundsell (Clique, Iona, Sleeping Lions) and Percelle Ascott (Wizard vs. Aliens, The Weekend Movie). Created by Hania Elkington and Simon Duric, the eight-episode series is produced by New Pictures’ Charlie Pattinson, Elaine Pyke and Willow Grylls, alongside Farren Blackburn, who also directs six of the eight episodes. As yet, there’s no word on a premiere date.
