Nintendo Switch exclusive Layers of Fear: Legacy gets a trailer

February 8, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Indie developers Bloober Team have announced that Layers of Fear: Legacy will be arriving on the Nintendo eShop for the Switch on the 21st February.  Layers of Fear: Legacy offers a unique horror experience to Switch gamers and is a remastering and redesigning of the 2016 Xbox One, PS4 and PC hit, Layers of Fear.  The new trailer below provides a brief glimpse at the horror in store…

Layers of Fear: Legacy is a Nintendo Switch exclusive psychological horror title that sees players follow an artist on his journey to madness whilst in pursuit of perfecting his masterpiece.  Set in a Victorian era mansion, Layers of Fear: Legacy will see the artist’s decline and the increasingly unnerving delusions that manifest in this gritty and oppressive environment.

With paranormal happenings, a constantly changing environment and a main character’s obsession to finish his works; Layers of Fear: Legacy promises to be an immersive, frightening and challenging experience.

Layers of Fear: Legacy is a psychological and psychedelic horror game about a madness-engulfed painter striving to create his Magnum Opus. Learn the dark story of his past while gathering carefully crafted personal items that can be found in the game. Traverse the vision-induced, constantly changing house full of supernatural phenomena, where each move of the camera can shift the environment, and discover the true motive of the artist.

Layers of Fear: Legacy will be available on the Nintendo eShop on the 21st February priced £17.99/$19.99/€19.99.
