Warhammer: Vermintide II now available on Steam

March 8, 2018 by Andrew Newton

It’s time to polish your axe, sort out your quiver of arrows and get ready to fight the disease ridden ratmen known as the Skaven as indie developer Fatshark announce the release of Warhammer: Vermintide II, the sequel to the hugely successful Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide.  This highly anticipated sequel is available now on Steam for PC for £22.99/ $29.99/€27.99 and is also planned for release on Xbox One and Playstation 4.

In Warhammer: Vermintide II the Reikland is once again under threat from the verminous tide of Skaven however, as they were still smarting from their previous defeat they have brought some friends with them…… big ugly Chaos worshipping friends from the north.  Not only will heroes have to fight Rat Ogres, Assassins and the many other unpleasant Skaven but will now have to contend with the dark, bloody and twisted Chaos.

As well as this brutal new faction,  Warhammer: Vermintide II introduces 15 hero careers, new environments, talent trees and a new Heroic Deeds System.

“Every game release is like a newborn baby that the parents are proud to show to the world. Vermintide 2 is our baby.” says Martin Wahlund, CEO Fatshark. “We can not wait to share the Vermintide 2 experience with the gamers”.

Warhammer: Vermintide II is now available on Steam.
