Experience the zombie apocalypse with The Walking Dead: Our World augmented reality game

June 30, 2018 by Gary Collinson

AMC has announced that it is bringing the world The Walking Dead to mobile devices this July with the release of the augmented reality title The Walking Dead: Our World.

Similar to the smash hit Pokemon GO, The Walking Dead: Our World will utilise your real-world location and surroundings – although instead of populating it with Pokemon, you’ll have to evade walkers, seek out other survivors and resources as you find yourself in the middle of a nightmare zombie apocalypse. Players will also be able to battle walkers side by side with popular characters from the show such as Rick, Michonne and Daryl.

“The Walking Dead: Our World lets players fight walkers wherever and whenever they want: on the streets, in the park and on their sofa,” teases the official announcement from AMC.
