Having found herself on the surviving side of ‘The Decimation’ following Thanos’ victory in Avengers: Infinity War, Karen Gillan’s Nebula is set to continue her quest for vengeance against the Mad Titan in next year’s Avengers: Endgame.
Speaking to People about the hotly-anticipated sequel, Gillan remained tight-lipped about any specifics, but did tease a confrontation between Nebula and adoptive father:
“What can I say? Thanos is her dad and she is definitely going to confront some serious daddy issues,” said Gillan. “That’s for sure.”
A confrontation between Nebula and Thanos has been brewing since her first appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy, and we can presumably expect it to come to a head in April when Endgame brings the curtain down on this chapter of the MCU.
