With just three weeks to go until its theatrical release, a new trailer has arrived online for director Jonas Akerlund’s upcoming horror-thriller Lords of Chaos. The film is based on the true events surrounding the Norwegian black metal bands Mayhem and Burzum in the early 90s and features a cast that includes Rory Culkin, Emory Cohen, Sky Ferreira, Jack Kilmer, and Valter Skarsgård; watch it here…

A teenager’s quest to launch Norwegian Black Metal in Oslo in the 1980s results in a very violent outcome. Lords of Chaos tells the true story of True Norwegian Black Metal and its most notorious practitioners – a group of young men with a flair for publicity, church-burning and murder: MAYHEM.
Lords of Chaos is set for a theatrical release on February 8th, followed by a VOD release on February 22nd.
