Water Festival and celebrations now underway in Black Desert Online

April 8, 2020 by Andrew Newton

It’s time for Black Desert Online players to have fun and festivities as Pearl Abyss announce the start of Water Festival and other celebrations in their hit MMORPG.  Starting today, players will be able to gain exclusive rewards by diving into a number of exciting events.

Starting today, Mystical Ellie’s Water Festival has returned and brings with it a variety of exciting events such as pop Splashy Water Balloons with particular items in Terrmian Beach.  Players will be able to get Traces of a Festival by defeating monsters, gathering, fishing and even by staying logged in for an hour or more.  There are also exclusive rewards that can be gained from  defeating a Rock Tree Stoneback Crab.

Players can go searching for Goose Eggs in Velia until 22nd April, just visit Clorince and accept the quests. Those who complete these quests will be rewarded one of five different Flondor Goose Eggs and be able to claim special items and buffs including Goose Egg Furniture items.

The Abandoned Monastery will now feature more powerful enemies with the Shadow Knights of Calpheon having been engulfed by Kzarka’s evil powers.  The monsters beneath the monastery have also become a lot more powerful with enraged monsters having a “Blessed by Kzarka” title.  These will drop the new Dawn Earrings accessories when defeated.

Finally, the World Boss schedule for Black Desert SEA has been updated with adventurers able to claim a Shiny Ring for defeating certain bosses.  These will be available until 22nd April and Shiny Rings can be exchanged for Belongings of an Adventurer which will contain an exclusive item.

The Water Festival and other events are underway now.
