Codemasters has revealed the full features of the upcoming official videogame of the 2020 FIA Formula One, F1 2020, in a brand new trailer. F1 2020 is choc-a-block full with new features and can be seen in the new trailer below…
Kicking off the new features is the new driver-manager feature, My Team. My Team will allow players to create their very own F1 team and take a place alongside the established 2020 line-up. This mode will offer players a new driver-manager experience providing a unique insight into the sport. There’s also improved on-track options, the reintroduction of split-screen and the introduction of two new circuits, Hanoi Circuit and Circuit Zandvoort.
Players will also get to experience more racing options with F2 integration, race customisation that provides more control over how they race and the ability to shorten the length of the season with new 10 or 16 race options.
“In a little less than a week, our players will finally be able to experience all the innovations in F1® 2020. This year, we have created new features which cater to every type of race fan,” said Lee Mather, F1® Franchise Game Director at Codemasters. “From My Team, which gives players a real insight into the world of Formula 1®, to the more casual split-screen, F1® 2020 is the ultimate virtual racing experience to accompany the revised 2020 F1® season.”
F1 2020 is set to arrive on the Xbox One, Playstation 4, PC and Google Stadia on 10th July.
A Deluxe Schumacher Edition will be available and provide exclusive content, including the ability to drive as Michael Schumacher and four iconic cars with themed liveries. It will also provide three days early access.
