Star Trek: Discovery gets a season 3 premiere date

CBS All Access has released a brief teaser for Star Trek: Discovery which reveals that the thirteen-episode third season of the show is set to premiere on the streamer on Thursday, October 15th.

The teaser features Sonequa Martin-Green’s Michael Burnham placing a Federation flag on a rocky, desolate planet after the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery found themselves transported over 900 years into the future in the season two finale; check it out here…

Season three of Star Trek: Discovery premieres on October 15th on CBS All Access and features a cast that includes Sonequa Martin-Green (Commander Burnham), Doug Jones (Commander Saru), Anthony Rapp (Lt. Commander Paul Stamets), Mary Wiseman (Ensign Sylvia Tilly), Wilson Cruz (Dr. Hugh Culber), David Ajala (Cleveland “Book” Booker) and Michelle Yeoh (Philippa Georgiou).
