Ready or Not and Scream 5 directors Radio Silence set to helm high school horror film Reunion

December 9, 2020 by Liam Waddington

With production on the next instalment of the Scream franchise having recently wrapped, the filmmaking group Radio Silence – which consists of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett, and Chad Villella – have set their sights on their next horror project.

The outlet is also reporting that Reunion will be directed and produced by Bettinelli-Olpin, Gillett and Villella from a screenplay by Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy, who also wrote Ready or Not for the filmmaking team.

The outlet describes the new film as being the “horrific experience of high school reunions is taken to a new extreme when a group of uninspired old friends become the only hope for survival against an unwelcome shape-shifting creature.”

Reunion will also be produced by Project X Entertainment’s William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein (Radio Silence’s Scream) and Vinson Films’ Tripp Vinson (Ready or Not, The Exorcism of Emily Rose). Tara Farney will executive produce for Vinson Films.
