Bruce Campbell seemingly confirms Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness appearance

March 4, 2021 by Gary Collinson

This probably shouldn’t be too much of a surprise given the involvement of his good pal Sam Raimi, but it appears that Bruce Campbell is heading to the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the Evil Dead star seemingly confirming an appearance in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.

Campbell posted a photo of the London skyline on Twitter this past week, commenting: “Boy it was a blast, working in a certain city, with a certain director on a certain movie with a certain actor.”

As we noted at the outset, a Campbell cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness certainly isn’t unexpected, given that he’s appeared in most of Raimi’s movies, including the original Spider-Man trilogy. Campbell was also rumoured to be in line to play Mysterio in the abandoned Spider-Man 4, although he shot down those claims while speaking to us back in 2019:
