Mark Wahlberg is on an emotional trek across America in the latest trailer for Joe Bell

July 15, 2021 by Matt Rodgers

Mark Wahlberg is taking time out from the kind of film where he fights a jet with a sword in mid-air (see Infinite – read our review here) and instead embarking on a redemptive walk across America with his son in the latest trailer for Reinaldo Marcus Green’s buzzy drama Joe Bell; take a look below….

JOE BELL tells the intimate and emotional true story of an Oregonian father who pays tribute to his gay teenage son Jadin, embarking on a self-reflective walk across America to speak his heart to heartland citizens about the real and terrifying costs of bullying.

Joe Bell arrives in cinemas on July 23rd.
