LEGO Marvel Super Heroes coming to Nintendo Switch this October

August 9, 2021 by Andrew Newton

Warner Bros. Games, TT Games and Marvel Entertainment has announced that the popular LEGO Marvel Super Heroes will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on 8th October.  There’s a huge amount of playable characters from across the Marvel universe to unlock and as with all TT Games LEGO titles, filled with lots of humour and adventure.

In LEGO Marvel Super Heroes there’s a host of Marvel villains planning on destroying the world, or at least messing it up a lot, and it’s up to our heroes to stop them.  Players will take their favourite characters through iconic locations, such as Stark Tower, the X-Mansion, Asteroid M and Asgard, to stop the villains.

There’s more than 100 playable characters from the Marvel universe to unlock, including Black Widow, Loki, Nick Fury, Iron Man, Wolverine, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Hawkeye, Deadpool, and my personal favourite, Spider-Man.

The Nintendo Switch version will also release with all the DLC packs.  These include:

  • The Super Pack: Get ready for brick-smashing action with more Super Heroes and Super Villains, plus new vehicles and races. Play as fan favourites Dark Phoenix, Winter Soldier, Symbiote Spider-Man, Hawkeye, Falcon, and Beta Ray Bill.
  • The Asgard Pack: Wreak havoc as the vengeful Malekith and the villainous LEGO Figure, Kurse. Play as Jane Foster and the shield-maiden of Asgard, Sif. Defend the Universe with Odin and the Warriors Three: Volstagg, Hogun, and Fandral.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes launches on the Nintendo Switch on 8th October.
