Massive new update arrives for TERA

August 3, 2021 by Andrew Newton

Gameforge has announced the release of the Build 108 update for their epic action fantasy MMORPG TERA.  This new update features a treacherous new dungeon to explore, lots of powerful equipment and lots more.  Watch the new trailer below to see what else is available in this update.

With Build 108 players will be able to explore the new dungeon, The Fusion Laboratory.  This dungeon can be accessed in the  basement of the Berak Fortress in Exodor where adventurers will encounter Rogash, an enemy encountered in the Exodor storyline.  The Fusion Laboratory will be available as a new five-player experience in normal and difficult modes for those who have reached at least level 70.

There’s also a range of new equipment available to gain from various dungeons.  Each of these new pieces will be available in three different rarity levels, blue, gold and purple.  It goes without saying that the greater the difficulty the dungeon is completed on then the greater the chance of getting a rarer item.

On the release of Build 108 players with the enchanted Kaia’s Soul gear will be sent rewards.  These rewards will vary depending on the character’s enchantment level and will include items ranging from gold, Blessings of the Goddess and shiny titles.

There’s also been a number of changes with some challenges with some disappearing, while others such as the Abscess and Velik’s Hold, make a grand return.

Other changes with Build 108 include the return of campfires, the introduction of a new customised function and a system for transferring different equipment values, and the LFG search will no longer just be limited to the player’s server.

Be sure to log in to TERA and take part in all the Build 108 has to offer.
