Netflix has released a teaser trailer and first batch of images for the final season of Ozark. If the teaser and images are any indication, it looks like Jason Bateman and Laura Linney’s Marty and Wendy Byrde are in far much more trouble as their past sins catch up with them.
The synopsis for the fourth season, which has been split into two parts with Netflix airing the first 7-episode part in January, reads:
Marty and Wendy are rid of Helen and climb to the top of Navarro’s empire. They find another opportunity to get out of the Ozarks but some past sins won’t stay buried and the most dangerous threats come from blood.
Season 4 of Ozark stars stars Emmy Award Winner Jason Bateman, Emmy Award Winner Laura Linney, Emmy Award Winner Julia Garner, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Charlie Tahan, Jessica Frances Dukes, Lisa Emery, Felix Solis, Damian Young, Alfonso Herrera, Adam Rothenberg, John Bedford Lloyd, Joseph Sikora, Bruno Bichir, CC Castillo, Katrina Lenk, Bruce Davison, Ali Stroker and Veronica Falcón.
Part 1 of the final season of Ozark will be released on Netflix on January 21st.
