DC Heroes are here to save the world in Warner Bros.’ 2022 sizzle reel

February 11, 2022 by EJ Moreno

Warner Bros. just dropped a new sizzle reel of their 2022 film slate with a tease of things to come. During the preview, fans got their first look at new heroes like Doctor Fate and Hawkman from Black Adam while also showing newer looks at The Flash, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and The Batman.

Fans will be delighted to see new shots from these upcoming films, with Black Adam getting the most coverage here. We get more of the titular character and teases of the supporting cast, including Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Peirce Brosnan as Doctor Fate. The Dwayne Johnson-led film is close, and this is the most in-depth look to date.

Aquaman 2 and The Flash clips also gave us great looks at the new costumes our heroes will be rocking in the upcoming films. Look out for more of those films in the coming months but for now, The World Needs Heroes trailer will have to hold fans over until The Batman opens in less than a month.

The Batman is set to be released on March 4th, Black Adam follows that with a July 29th release, The Flash is set to be released on November 4th. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom closes out the year on December 16th.
