Playstation Plus free games for March 2022 announced

February 24, 2022 by Andrew Newton

Well it turns out that the leaked games rumours that were circulating on social media for the Playstation Plus games for March were true with Sony officially revealing the line up of titles as being Ghostrunner (PS5), Ghost of Tsushima Legends (PS4 & 5), Ark: Survival Evolved (PS4) and Team Sonic Racing(PS4). With the exception of Ghostrunner March’s Plus games will bring lots of multiplayer excitement to subscribers.

Ark: Survival Evolved is a thrilling MMO that puts players on the shores of a mysterious island filled with giant prehistoric creatures, most of which want to kill you.  Adapt to the hostile environment by gathering resources, crafting shelters and equipment and taming, or killing (we won’t judge) the mighty dinosaurs that roam the island.  Join your friends and build an epic defence or prey upon others.

Also for the PS4 is the competitive arcade racer Team Sonic Racing.  Choose one of the many familiar Sonic franchise characters, race around exciting worlds with friends and share power-ups and speed boosts.  There are also vehicle optimisation options to unlock that are more than just cosmetic.

Playstation 5 players will be able to enjoy fast-paced first-person adventure, Ghostrunner.  This adventure will see players wield a mighty blade, perform wonderous parkour feats as they battle up an epic megastructure tower.  Use your monomolecular katana to slice and dice your enemies, dodge bullets with your superhuman reflexes and perform amazing one hit kills using a variety of specialised techniques.

Finally, for both PS4 and PS5 gamers there is Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.  Inspired by Japanese folk tales and mythology, this co-op fighter will let players choose from our unique classes – Samurai, Hunter, Ronin or Assassin and pair up with friends to take on others in four exciting game modes.  Players will be able to fight through story missions, attempt Survival or attempt a 2 vs 2 battle against rivals.

Playstation Plus games arrive on 1st March so there’s still time to download February’s PlayStation Plus games, UFC 4, Planet Coaster: Console Edition and Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure.
