TAITO Milestones brings 10 classic TAITO hits to the Nintendo Switch

April 1, 2022 by Andrew Newton

For those who love their retro games, ININ Games, together with TAITO have revealed they will be releasing TAITO Milestones on the Nintendo Switch on 15th April in North American and Europe.  As well as being available digitally through the Nintendo eShop, gamers will also be able to purchase a physical version from retailers.

TAITO Milestones brings ten classic games from TAITO’s catalogue dating back to the very early ’80s so that gamers on the Switch can enjoy the nostalgia or maybe enjoy the excitement that their parents felt back in the day as they soaked up the sounds and neon lights of the local arcades.  Whether players want to defeat the monsters within the castle in The FairyLand Story, becoming a wild west sheriff and saving a train from bandits in Wild Western or gathering hearts from the Monsta in Chack’n Pop! (the spiritual predecessor to Bubble Bobble), there’s something for every retro fan.

Games included in the collection are:

  • QIX – 1981
  • Chack’n Pop – 1983
  • SPACE SEEKER – 1981
  • Elevator Action – 1983
  • Alpine Ski – 1982
  • The FairyLand Story – 1985
  • Front Line – 1982
  • Halley’s Comet – 1986
  • Wild Western – 1982
  • The Ninja Warriors – 1987

TAITO Milestones will bring the classics of the arcade to the Nintendo eShop and in retailers on 15th April.
