A nightmare is born in trailer for horror-comedy It Hatched

August 28, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

With a little over a week to go until its digital release, Octane Media has shared a trailer for director Elvar Gunnarsson’s horror-comedy It Hatched which follows couple Petur and Mira as they remove to a remote fjord in Iceland with the hopes of opening a bed and breakfast, only to discover something evil lurking in the basement.

Pétur and Mira move from Nashville, TE to a remote fjord in Iceland in search of peace and serenity. Their plans are horrifically altered when an ancient demon escapes from under their basement floor and Mira gives birth to an egg.

Featuring in the cast of It Hatched are Gunnar Kristinsson, Vivian Ólafsdóttir, Þór Túliníus, Halldróra Geirharðsdóttir, and Magnús Ómarsson.

It Hatched arrives on digital platforms on September 6th.
